Our Shipping and Return Policy here at BlackForestForge.
Orders usually ship within 24 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Our products are ready
to go rather than made to order, so you’re not waiting on production.
How do you ship, and when will I get tracking?
We primarily ship via USPS, though some orders go out through UPS or FedEx depending on the item
and destination. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not currently. We ship within the United States only.
Do you do custom orders?
Yes. Custom orders are handled individually, so reach out by email or through our contact form and we’ll
get things started.
Can I cancel my order?
Because we ship so quickly, usually within 24 hours, we can’t always guarantee an order can be cancelled
once it’s placed. If you need to cancel, reach out as soon as possible and we’ll do what we can.
Please contact us as soon as possible, and no later than 10 days after delivery. If the item is damaged or defective, we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery. Email us to start the process. Return shipping for standard returns is paid by the customer.
