We make every effort to display our products and their colors accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen will display colors exactly as they appear in person. Our products are handmade in small batches, so slight variations in finish and color are normal.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, and to refuse or cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, even after the order has been confirmed.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, and refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order. Your order is confirmed when we send you a shipping confirmation.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our site. Payment must be received in full before your order ships.
We ship from North Carolina, USA. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you once the package is handed to the carrier.
If something isn’t right with your order, contact us. We stand behind what we make. Return requests should be made within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in original condition unless the item arrived defective or damaged.
Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, product designs, images, and software — is the property of BlackForestForge and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.
Our product designs, including the STRUTLOCK line, are our original work. Copying or reproducing our designs for commercial purposes is prohibited.
If you submit reviews, photos, comments, or other content to our site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business.
