Welcome to Black Forest Forge. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Jange LLC, operating as Black Forest Forge (“Black Forest Forge,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order through our website, you represent that:

  • you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;
  • you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian; and
  • all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products & Product Use

Black Forest Forge sells outdoor and hunting-related accessories and gear, including 3D-printed products.

All products are intended solely for lawful purposes. Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the possession, use, transport, hunting, or installation of any product purchased from us.

Our products are accessories only and are not firearms, ammunition, or regulated weapons.

Assumption of Risk

By purchasing or using our products, you acknowledge and accept that outdoor activities and hunting involve inherent risks. You assume full responsibility for the proper and safe use of all products.

Black Forest Forge is not responsible for:

  • misuse of products;
  • improper installation or modification;
  • damage caused by user error;
  • injury, loss, or damages resulting from use of our products; or
  • failure to comply with applicable laws or safety practices.

We make no guarantees regarding hunting success, field performance, or specific results.

4. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • limit quantities;
  • discontinue products at any time;
  • modify product specifications without notice; and
  • refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

We do not offer guaranteed backorders unless explicitly stated.

5. Custom Orders

Custom or made-to-order products require full payment upfront.

Once production has started, custom orders:

  • cannot be canceled;
  • cannot be modified; and
  • are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving any provided specifications, mockups, measurements, or customization details before production begins.

6. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

Payment must be received in full before products are shipped or production begins.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • suspected fraud;
  • pricing or listing errors;
  • suspected unauthorized resale activity; or
  • violation of these Terms.

7. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends, holidays, severe weather events, or other delays outside our control.

Most orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage. In some cases, UPS or FedEx may be used.

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Black Forest Forge is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • carriers;
  • weather;
  • holidays;
  • supply chain disruptions;
  • incorrect customer addresses; or
  • events outside our reasonable control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Customers must inspect shipments promptly upon delivery.

If a product arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide:

  • photographs of the product;
  • photographs of packaging; and
  • order information.

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in denial of replacement requests.

If approved, we may:

  • replace the product;
  • file a carrier claim; or
  • issue another appropriate resolution at our discretion.

9. Returns

We accept returns of eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • the item must be unused and in original condition;
  • the customer is responsible for return shipping costs; and
  • the item must not be a custom or made-to-order product.

The following items are non-returnable:

  • custom products;
  • personalized products;
  • used products;
  • damaged items caused by customer misuse.

We do not offer exchanges.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

10. Wholesale & Resale

Black Forest Forge products may not be resold, distributed, or offered through third-party retail channels without prior written authorization from us.

Wholesale accounts are available only through approval by Black Forest Forge.

We reserve the right to revoke wholesale or reseller authorization at any time.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

  • product designs;
  • product names;
  • text;
  • graphics;
  • logos;
  • images;
  • files;
  • branding; and
  • website content

is the property of Black Forest Forge or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

“STRUTLOCK™” and related branding are used as proprietary trade names and identifiers of Black Forest Forge.

You may not:

  • copy;
  • reproduce;
  • distribute;
  • commercially exploit;
  • reverse engineer;
  • duplicate; or
  • create derivative works

from our products or website content without prior written permission.

12. Customer Reviews & User Content

By submitting reviews, photos, testimonials, tags, comments, or other content to Black Forest Forge or tagging Black Forest Forge on social media, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content for marketing and promotional purposes.

You represent that:

  • you own or have permission to share submitted content; and
  • your content does not violate the rights of any third party.

We reserve the right to remove or refuse user content at our discretion.

13. Etsy & Third-Party Platforms

Black Forest Forge may also sell products through third-party marketplaces including Etsy.

Purchases made through third-party platforms may additionally be subject to those platform’s policies, terms, and procedures.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

All products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Black Forest Forge disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

  • merchantability;
  • fitness for a particular purpose;
  • non-infringement; and
  • performance expectations.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access or error-free operation.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Black Forest Forge and Jange LLC shall not be liable for any:

  • indirect damages;
  • incidental damages;
  • consequential damages;
  • special damages;
  • punitive damages; or
  • loss of profits, revenue, data, hunting opportunity, or business

arising from the use of our products or website.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable product.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to all customers.

16. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers agree to contact Black Forest Forge first to attempt informal resolution of any issue before initiating chargebacks or legal claims.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

  • refusal of future service;
  • collections activity; and/or
  • legal action where appropriate.

17. Force Majeure

Black Forest Forge shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • natural disasters;
  • severe weather;
  • carrier disruptions;
  • labor shortages;
  • supply shortages;
  • government actions;
  • internet outages; or
  • other force majeure events.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or purchases from Black Forest Forge shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

20. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Changes become effective upon posting to this website.

Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
